 | Uploading is slower than uploading. Be prepared for long upload times if your file or folder is large. With the Clearwire link, we have at Soundcrafter, a 10 MB audio file will take about 4 minutes to upload and a 100 MB audio file will take about 35 minutes. To reduce the size of the upload material, place all the files in a folder and compress the folder using Stuffit. When the Public folder is empty there is space for about 900 MB. |  | ||||

Two methods for connecting to the iDisk server:
• For both Macs and PCs- using your web browser: Click on the link above and use the password we have provided to log in.
• For Macs only- using the OSX Finder menu: iDisk can be accessed without using a web browser. From the OSX Finder menu: Go>iDisk>Other User's Public Folder. With the first pop up window type "soundcrafter" in the Member name field. With the second pop up window type "public" in the Name field (it should already be listed) and the password, we provide, in the Password field. The Soundcrafter-Public folder will appear as a connected server. If you have connected once before and saved the password in your Keychain you must only type "soundcrafter" as the member name in the first pop up window. The second pop up window will be skipped.
